As part of a small 5-person boutique ad agency, I took part in a large undertaking with the launch of a county-wide home and lifestyle magazine. Our agency developed the magazine from scratch including ad sales, content development and distribution. My role was a large one, which include taking the lead in a variety of areas. Those included overall creative direction, layout and design of 80%+ of the magazine, copywriting a variety of editorials, illustration and more. In addition to the creative aspect, I also art directed, managed and oversaw external sources including ad submissions, art direction of copywriters, and account management.
